Welcome to Atlas Kicks! These terms govern your use of atlaskicks.com and your purchases from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

Every Atlas Kicks product is made to order by our print-on-demand production partners and shipped directly to you. Slight variations in color and print placement are a normal part of on-demand production. Product images are mockups; the real thing is very close, but not pixel-identical.

2. Sizing

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Because products are custom-made, we cannot exchange for a different size after production begins. See our Return Policy for what is and isn’t covered.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown before you place your order.

4. Shipping

Made-to-order production typically adds 2–7 business days before shipment. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package ships, tracking is provided by email.

5. Our giving program

$5 from every pair sold funds our Teacher of the Month program, which sends real money to a nominated teacher for their classroom. The program’s structure (nomination, selection, award amount and timing) may evolve; current details live on our Teachers page. Our giving is a voluntary company commitment, not a charitable solicitation, and purchases are not tax-deductible donations.

6. Intellectual property

All Atlas Kicks characters, artwork, designs, worksheets, and site content are the property of Atlas Kicks and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Free printables from our Teachers’ Corner may be printed and used in homes and classrooms — that’s what they’re for — but may not be resold or rehosted.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping, no attempting to breach security, no fraudulent orders, no uploading unlawful content. We may cancel orders we reasonably suspect are fraudulent.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Except as described in our Return Policy, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Kicks’ total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Children’s privacy

Our products are designed for kids, but our store is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

12. Contact
