Trace the foot
Stand with the heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, then trace around the foot.

Measure heel to toe
Measure the longest point in inches or centimeters. Do both feet and use the larger one.

Match the chart
Find that length below to land on the right size. Between sizes? Size up for room to grow.
